RSM triples Bengaluru office space as workforce grows 200 pc

Bengaluru, Oct 28 (UNI) RSM US Integrated Services India Private Limited has expanded its Bengaluru operations with a new 1.54 lakh sq ft office at Manyata Tech Park, nearly tripling its office space in the city as its workforce has grown by more than 200 per cent over the past three years.
The new facility was inaugurated by Karnataka Minister for Home Affairs, Information Technology, Biotechnology and E-Governance Priyank Kharge on Wednesday, strengthening the company's presence in one of India's leading technology and Global Capability Centre (GCC) hubs.
The expansion reflects RSM's continued investment in talent, specialised capabilities and globally integrated service delivery, as Bengaluru assumes a greater role in supporting the company's international operations.
The company's Bengaluru teams work across consulting, tax, assurance, technology, digital transformation, innovation and business operations. The enlarged facility is expected to strengthen collaboration among teams, support higher-value assignments and provide additional opportunities for employees to develop specialised skills.
Welcoming the investment, Kharge said Karnataka continued to be a preferred destination for organisations seeking high-value capabilities, skilled talent and access to a dynamic innovation ecosystem.
He said the investment reinforced the state's position as a leading hub for GCCs, technology-led growth and skilled talent development.
RSM's expansion also reflects global organisations' confidence in Karnataka's talent pool and long-term growth potential, while supporting employment generation, skill development and the state's knowledge economy.
Ashokkumar Prabhakar, India Leader of RSM US Integrated Services India Private Limited, said Bengaluru had been central to the company's growth in India and that the new office reflected its long-term commitment to the city.
The workplace has been designed around a collaboration-first model, featuring technology-enabled meeting and learning spaces, sensor-based room management, flexible work settings and dedicated wellness facilities. The building has Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certifications.
The expanded office will enable Bengaluru-based professionals to work more closely with international teams, deepen specialist capabilities and take on assignments involving greater responsibility and business impact.
Amid intensifying competition for skilled professionals across technology, consulting and professional services, RSM is combining workforce expansion with continuous learning, global collaboration and an enhanced employee experience to support its next phase of growth.
